About WHGT

Kaye Bewley is a former Londoner, whose career in news media and marketing, where she supported stressed and burned-out CEOs, led her to find her life's vocation. She became interested in the power of the subconscious mind's ability to reframe and reset societal conditioning and social programming.

An avid reader of history and humanity's progression in it, in particular from a military perspective, she has been motivated to relieve trauma, stress, anxiety and depression. Her passion has been focused on finding an effective psychological path with techniques that get results. She studied CBT, EFT and NLP techniques, then found the Human Givens methods which are merged with science and spirituality. that guide transformative growth experiences.

Worcestershire HG Therapy (WHGT) is a therapeutic counselling service nestled under the umbrella of BewleyTherapy, which is founded by Kaye Bewley. The focus of this psychological service is on the Human Givens. This method uses visualisation and rewind techniques which are primarily focused on relaxation and breathing without invasive questioning. This tool has been proven (through practice-based evidence research), to help the subconscious mind and emotions understand and reframe beliefs to bring about effective and lasting cognitive and behavioural change.

After earning her MA in psychotherapy, Kaye focused her practice on guiding military personnel and medical first responders through their trauma, addictions, and relationship challenges.
